Un tempo saldamente in testa tra i leader mondiali del mercato congressuale, oggi l’Italia è il fanalino di coda dei paesi europei a vocazione turistica. Si paga la mancata capacità di adeguarsi a un mondo cambiato nelle esigenze, nelle strategie di posizionamento e di marketing, nelle tecnologie.
