To develop business in this rich but difficult market, we have launched a specific project: the Associations Project, with services and initiatives finalized to getting contacts and contracts of association/congress events for our members : destinations, facilities and players carefully selected, adequately structured and organized for this sector.

Association Events Observatory - Monitoring Open Venue events
EMI is the only organization in this market with a complete map of international and - for some countries - even national Open venue events. This unique feature is the result of our having markets constantly and systematically monitored, particularly in regards to open venues and the migratory rationale of events.
O.V.I.S. – Open Venue Information Service
Every 15 days the service provides detailed information on upcoming events, selected for the user from domestic and international markets and with the details of organizational representatives to contact.
Association Days – As the only workshop specifically devoted to the association/congress market, it is the culmination of a specific campaign, conducted throughout the year, to seek out business opportunities, raise awareness and involve the buyers who organize association/congress events: presidents and organizers of medical-scientific companies, associations and event promoting bodies, all with actual short and medium term plans.
